Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Most of our furniture is custom-made as per customer specifications.
Once an order enters the manufacturing process, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
This policy ensures fairness to our skilled artisans who begin work immediately after order confirmation.

2. Standard Products (Non-Customized)

For ready or standard products (if available on our website), returns or refunds may be accepted only if:
- The product delivered is damaged in transit,
- The product is defective upon delivery, or
- The wrong product was shipped.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In case of damage/defects, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and videos of the issue.
Our team will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution, which may include:
- Repair of the product,
- Replacement of the defective part, or
- Exchange (if applicable).
Refunds are considered only if a replacement is not possible.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted if the product has already entered the production phase.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Shipping & Returns

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition if a return is approved.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe return transit unless otherwise agreed.
We do not accept returns for used, assembled, or altered products.
