At Bone Inlay, each product is carefully handcrafted and custom-made based on your unique requirements. Our shipping timelines reflect the time taken for artisan craftsmanship as well as safe delivery to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time

Since all products are custom-made, order processing and manufacturing take approximately 3–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
You will be notified via email/phone once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days within India (depending on your location and courier service availability).
For international deliveries, timelines may vary based on destination and customs clearance. Customers will be informed of the estimated delivery schedule.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders — both within India and internationally.
However, for international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges (if applicable in the destination country) must be borne by the customer.
